All visitors attending sporting events are required to:
· Follow all instructions given by Malvern College, event staff, or event stewards.
· Act as positive role models, demonstrating respect, fairness, and encouragement towards all players.
· Familiarise themselves with the appropriate sports governing bodies’ child protection guidelines, particularly regarding verbal and emotional conduct.
· Remain behind designated barriers and avoid close proximity to the touchlines unless authorised.
· Refrain from accessing the field of play unless explicitly authorised by the referee.
· Avoid any actions that pose a danger, cause a nuisance, or disrupt others.
· Adhere to the campus’s zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and disruption – racist behaviour, inappropriate gestures, or any disruptive conduct is strictly forbidden.
· Respect the well-being of all by adhering to the campus’s strict no-nut, no alcohol, no chewing gum and no-smoking and no vaping policies.
· Please keep dogs on a lead and clear up any dog mess
